Pricing

BESS is a New Zealand owned and operated company and all prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication, however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

 

 

Security

We will never share your personal information with anyone else. All payments are securely processed through a third party payment gateway. No credit card information is stored by BESS. Orders

By placing an order on this website you agree to and accept the terms and price specified at the time on this website. This price may include additional delivery charges. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order due to the unavailability of any product, an error in the price, or an error in your order we will contact you via email. Your contract with BESS will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and BESS provides confirmation that your order has been accepted. Confirmation will be sent via email to your elected email address.

 

 

Loss or Damage

BESS will take every care in packing and dispatching your special purchase but is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods caused by any person or company outside of Bess Industrie Ltd. BESS is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party. When receiving a consignment that may be torn open, or damaged please immediately note this with the carrier when signing for the goods. Signing for a parcel without any notifications confirms it has been received by the purchaser in good condition.

 

 

Colour Information

We have endeavoured to display accurately the colours of our products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not always appear the same in the physical item.

 

 

Hand Finishing

The hand-hemming of our silk twill scarves mean there may be small inconsistencies in the stitching and thickness of each hem. This is what gives hand-rolled edges their unique character.

 

 

Governing Law

The laws of New Zealand govern any contract arising out of this website, and all disclaimers, Terms and Conditions and terms of use.
